I'm Adam Fath, a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology (Honours). I provide a deeply personal, private therapeutic experience from my practice in South-west Oxford, serving clients across all of Ontario.
What sets my practice apart is something that cannot be taught in any classroom: people consistently tell me they can be themselves around me from the very first session. I create an environment where pretense falls away and the real work can begin.
Whether you're navigating the pressures of leadership, relationship strain, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling disconnected from who you once were, I offer the kind of thoughtful, unwavering support that helps you reconnect with your truest self.
This isn't a volume practice. I deliberately maintain a limited client roster to ensure every individual receives my full attention, energy, and clinical focus. Learn how we work together -- when you're here, you're not a number, you're a priority.
People tell me they can let their guard down around me within minutes. I create a space where the weight you've been carrying finally has room to be set down.
Your privacy is sacred. From our first conversation to every session that follows, complete confidentiality is the foundation of everything we do.
A Master's degree, active CRPO registration, and ongoing professional development ensure you receive care that meets the highest clinical standards.
No two people are alike. Every therapeutic plan is built from scratch, designed to honor your unique history, goals, and the complexity of your experience.
